Returns & Exchanges

At AK Home, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AK Home account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
